Simon Rottke


Simon Rottke is Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Amsterdam. He received his Doctorate from the University of Kiel and has held a Juniorprofessorship at the University of Münster as well as several visiting positions at Columbia University. His research focuses on asset pricing, behavioral finance and household finance. In particular, he has worked on constructing efficient characteristic portfolios and mispricing persistence in the presence of short-sale constraints. His articles have been published in the Review of Financial Studies and the Review of Finance and have received honorable mention at the AQR Insight Award.
